Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has admitted her voice in the audio recording and he may be allowed to place the said audio recording now on the record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to move an application for additional evidence on behalf of the petitioner before the Trial Court to place on record the said audio recording, as per law. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on

the merits of the petition.
