At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner has stated that in view of the amicable settlement between the parties, suits in question have been withdrawn by the plaintiffs.

Petitioner herein is defending such two suits filed by different plaintiffs and was aggrieved by the order in relation to appointment of Local Commissioner.

Fact, however, remains that vide order dated 19.10.2024 passed by learned Trial Court, in view of the above-said amicable settlement between CM(M) 2770/2024 & CM(M) 2789/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the parties, learned Trial Court has already permitted the plaintiffs to withdraw their respective suits. Statements of the plaintiffs have also been recorded separately to the aforesaid effect.

In view of the aforesaid peculiar development, the present petitions do not survive anymore and, therefore, these are accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous in view of the aforesaid settlement.
