The present Petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Respondent No.2 in FIR NO. 649/2018, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at Police Station Saket, New Delhi. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent-State on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that the Closure Report stands already filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. 3.

None has appeared on behalf of Petitioner today. Record shows that none has been appearing on behalf of the Petitioner since 10.03.2023. 4.

The present Petition is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
