Petitioners herein seek compromise quashing of an FIR No. 511/2023 dated 05.08.2023 registered at Police Station Nand Nagri, for the offences punishable under Sections 363 IPC and subsequent proceedings arising out therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no. 1 has been acquitted in the proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR by the learned Trial Court vide Order dated 31.07.2025 during the pendency of the present petition.
