O R D E R

% 27.08.2019 This order shall be read in continuation of order dated 27.08.2019. Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions from the appellant, who is present in person submit she shall vacate the premises and handover its vacant and peaceful possession to the respondent on or before 30th November, 2019 and she shall also make the payment of user charges @ 1800/- per month from 01.06.2019 till 30.11.2019. The arrears shall be cleared within 15 days from today and the future user charges shall be paid on or before 7th of each calendar month. The appellant shall also clear the arrears of electricity and water charges, if any, as per actuals. The amount of user charges so called upon to pay shall be without prejudice to the contentions raised by the respondent in suit No.680/19. The undertaking to this effect shall also be filed by the appellant within a

week from today.

The appeal along with pending application stands disposed of in terms of above. Order dasti.
