The present petitions have been filed alleging willful disobedience and non-compliance of the directions passed by this Court in the judgment th June, 2021 in W.P. (C) No. 8092/2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents are in violation of the directions passed in the aforesaid judgment. It is submitted that the learned Controlling Authority had issued a Requisition Certificate to the respondent directing it to initiate action for recovery of the amount of gratuity awarded to the petitioners under the orders passed by it. However, no action has been initiated for the last four months on the said Requisition Certificate by the respondents. 5.
Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for the respondents. They submit that notice has already been issued to the judgment debtor. They further submit that in case compliance is not done by the judgment debtor, then required steps shall be taken for attaching of property and other requisite action, in accordance with law.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
