This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of nine months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to work awarded to the Petitioner on 23.03.2009 by the Respondents pertaining to fabrication, supply and erection etc., including removing of old existing girder under a running traffic of ROB No. 298-A in the jurisdiction of DY.CE/BL/TKJ, Petitioner filed a petition under Section 11 of the 1996 Act in this Court, seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator, which was allowed vide order dated 21.08.2023. Learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 15.09.2023. It is stated in the petition that mandate of the Arbitrator has O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 431/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. expired on 14.03.2025 and the proceedings are at stage of final arguments of the Respondents.

Counsel for the Respondents submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of six months.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of 06 months from 09.07.2025 and period between 05.03.2025 to 08.07.2025 is regularised. 5.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
