The present petition under Sections 2, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "a) To summon, try and punish the respondent for violating and committing contempt of mediation settlement dated 27.05 .2023 and orders dated 06.11.2023 and 26.04.2024 of the Hon'ble Court of MM, Delhi committing offence U/s 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 in Ct. Case CC 43106 /16, 5510/16, 45215/16, 45218/16 and 45216/16; AND b) To pass any other orders deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent, in the interest of justice:"

It is pointed out that the respondents have paid the settlement amount along with the penalty amount and the said proceedings have since been closed before the concerned Trial Court.
