% 08.02.2018 Petitioner is mother-in-law of complainant. Allegations of rape have been made against the father-in-law.

The only allegation against the petitioner (mother-in-law) is that when the complainant told her (petitioner) about the acts of father-in-law to him, she did not support her and rather abused her and beat her up.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
