% 08.02.2018 Petitioner is husband of complainant. Allegations of rape have been made against the father-in-law. The only allegation against the petitioner (husband) is that when the complainant told him (petitioner) about the acts of father-in-law to him, he did not support her and rather threatened her not to disclose this to anybody or else he would kill her and her family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that divorce petition on ground of marital discord has been filed by the petitioner on 8th January, 2018 and only thereafter present FIR was got registered by the complainant. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
