The present petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Take cognizance and initiate action against the contempt performed by the Respondent husband for willfully disobeying the Order dated 23.10.2018 passed by the Court of Ld. MM-02, Mahila Court, Tis Hazari, New Delhi in Ct. Cases. No. 513349 of 2016 namely, Poonam Sharma & Anr. Vs. Vivek Sharma & Anr.

b) Pass such other order(s) as deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case."
