Counsel for respondent states that pursuant to order dated 31st May 2024, they have taken down the impugned content. The same has also been confirmed by counsel for petitioner.

Counsel appearing on behalf of Meta Platforms, Inc./respondent no.2, states that on receiving directions, they have also taken down, the concerned post.

Pursuant to order dated 31st May 2024, it transpires that respondent no.1 has deleted the comments as well and this is confirmed by counsel for respondent no.2/ Meta Platforms, Inc.

Counsel, on behalf of respondent no.1, is ready to tender an apology for the slight delay caused in compliance of orders dated 14th May 2024. The said apology is taken on record.
