The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Initiate contempt of court proceedings against the respondents/contemnors for deliberately disobeying and not complying with the final judgment dated 04.08.2023 and order dated 07.08.2023 in L.P.A. No. 563 of 2023 and punish R-1, R-2 & R-3 in accordance with law.

(b) Any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.
