The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking that the respondent / CIC be directed to decide the second appeals filed by the respective petitioners, particulars of which, as mentioned in the petition, are as under:- "the second appeal vide Diary No. 613800 Dt. 01.04.24, Diary No. 607054 Dt. 09.02.2025, Diary No: 607055 Dated: 09.02.2025, Diary No: 611612 Dated:09.03.2025, Diary No: 611613 Dated: 09.03.2025, Diary No: 612500 Dated: 14.03.2025, Diary No: 616040 Dated: 06.04.2025, Diary No: 617045 Dated: 14.04.2025, Diary No: 600847 Dated: 05.01.2025 And Diary No: 600848Dated: 05.01.2025". 2.

It is further sought by the petitionersthat a timeframe may be fixed by this Court for the disposal of the aforesaid appeals by CIC. 3.

This Court is not inclined to issue peremptory directions, fixing any timeline for disposal of the aforesaid appeals. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to mention the matter before CIC and request that consideration the aforesaid second appeals be taken up expeditiously. Let the CIC make an endeavour to accommodate such request, if feasible. 4.
