The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

"a) Issue a show cause notice to the contemnor, why she ought not to be prosecuted under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; and b) Punish the contemnor for deliberate and intentional noncompliance of terms of the Settlement Deed dated 30.05.2023 and the undertaking given by her to the Ld. Family Court; and c) Award exemplary punitive costs against the contemnor for unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members; and d) Pass such other or further relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be granted in favour of the petitioner herein."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the fresh settlement have been executed between the parties and further submits that liberty may be granted to initiate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. appropriate proceedings, in case, the terms of aforesaid settlement is violated by the respondent.
