Pursuant to previous orders of this Court dated 7th April 2025, it is stated by counsel for MCD, as well as DDA, as also by the ASC appearing for SHO, P.S. Saket, that compliance of the orders dated 4th November 2024 has been made. The entry/exit gate in the park of the instant site has been provided.

Counsel for petitioner states that some parts of the wall are yet to be constructed.
