Petitioner is seeking parole for one month to re-establish social ties with family and to arrange financial funds for his aged parents. 2.

Status report filed. The fact regarding social ties with the family and society has been verified by the Station House Officer, P.S.: Mehrauli, New Delhi.

Learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State submits that petitioner be granted parole, subject to stringent conditions, as the petitioner is going out of station i.e. to his hometown Malla Beura, P.S. Kathgodam, Haldwani, District Nanital, Uttrakhand.

Heard. In the interest of justice, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of three weeks from the date of his release on

his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner will furnish to the Investigating Officer his mobile number and the number of his father during the period of parole; (ii) He will report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) at Malla Beura, P.S. Kathgodam, Haldwani, District Nanital, Uttrakhand, on every Monday;

(iii) In case of any change in his residential address or the mobile number, he will inform the SHO/IO;

A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent. The petition stands disposed of.

Order be given dasti as prayed.
