O R D E R

% 01.08.2025 Pursuant to what was recorded in orders dated 10.07.2025 and 27.07.2025; and in view of the stand taken by the college/respondent No.1 and University of Delhi/respondent No.2, the present petition is disposed-of recording the following position and with the following directions:

1.1. The college concedes that the petitioner is entitled to 'regular' pension, subject only to the punishment of stoppage of 02 increments (without cumulative effect) that was awarded as part of the disciplinary action;

1.2. Respondent No.1 confirms that they have sent the petitioner's pension file to respondent No.2 for approval. Respondent No.2 shall process the file within 04 weeks and communicate their decision to respondent No.1 by way of written intimation; 1.3. In view of the stand taken by respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the petitioner does not press for any further reliefs in the present proceedings, except for a direction that he be paid his 'regular' pension alongwith arrears as due from the date of his superannuation i.e., 28.02.2019; and 1.4. In view of the above, it is directed that the college will disburse to the petitioner the arrears of pension within 02 weeks of receiving written communication of approval from respondent No.2; and thereafter the petitioner shall be paid 'regular' pension as per applicable rules.

The petition is disposed-of in the above terms. 3.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed-of. 4.

The above order is passed with consent of all parties. 5.

Needless to add that the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings if the above directions are not complied-with by way of the parties.
