The petitioner sought demolition of illegal construction in premises no. H-758. According to the petitioner as well as respondents no. 1 & 2 (MCD and GNCTD), partial demolition of premises no. H-460 has been carried out since according to MCD, the correct number is H-460 and not H758. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the property which has been demolished is H-758 and therefore, his petition stands satisfied and he may be allowed to withdraw the same. In the meanwhile, owner of H-758 filed the application stating that his premises have been wrongly demolished. 2.

The fact remains that the demolition sought was of illegal construction in H-758, which according to petitioner as well as according to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Under these circumstances, as requested by petitioner, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Of course, the applicant shall have liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal proceedings going by his stand that his property was wrongly demolished. Pending application also stands disposed of.
