Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for modification of bail condition imposed vide order dated 19.11.2018 in BAIL APPLN. 2070/2018 directing her to report to SHO of concerned police station of her residence on first Saturday of every month besides appearing before the learned Trial Court.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

before the learned Trial Court, she has no objection in case the above condition is modified.

Taking the statement of learned APP for the State on record, since chargesheet has already been filed, the aforesaid condition imposed vide order dated 19.11.2018 in BAIL APPLN. 2070/2018 is modified. Accordingly, petitioner need not report to SHO of the concerned police station of her residence on the first Saturday of every month. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
