This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to restrain the respondent No.2 from carrying out illegal and unauthorized construction on the government vacant land adjacent to E-44 Vikram Nagar, Firozshah Kotla, New Delhi.

The respondent No.1 has filed the status report in Court which is taken on record.
As per the status report, the address of the property in question identified as property adjacent to E-43/44, Vikram Nagar, Feroz Shah Kotla, New Delhi.
Action was taken under Section 343 & 344 of the DMC Act on 26.08.2019 for unauthorised construction in the shape of Ground Floor to Second Floor and orders have also been sent to BSES and Delhi Jal Board for disconnection of electricity and water supply.

The direction is also issued to the Sub-Registrar with the request not to register this property under Indian Registration Act, 1908. 4.
No unauthorized construction is said to have been taken place after 23.09.2019.

The respondent No.1 will continue to deal with the property as per law and shall ensure that no unauthorized construction is carried out. The respondent No.3/SHO concerned will also ensure that no unauthorized construction is carried out.

Nothing survives in the petition.
The petition is disposed of with above directions.
