Without advancing any arguments on merits, when this Court pointed out to the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners that different High Courts have passed different Orders regarding grant of interim relief on demand notice, the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to approach the concerned High Court by filing a petition challenging the Circular and obtain interim protection.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 3.

Since the present writ petitions are of the year 2018 and the Petitioners have got interim protection in their favour for the last five years, this Court is inclined to extend the interim protection for another six weeks to enable the Petitioners to approach different High Courts to challenge the circular and get interim Orders in their favour. 4.

The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
