This application is for modification of the Order dated 05.09.2024, passed by this Court, refusing to quash criminal proceedings being CC No.CBI/140/2019 arising out of FIR No. RCSI 820l0E 0004 dated 19.08.2010 registered at Police Station CBI Branch, IV New Delhi for offences under Section 120B IPC read with Section 7, 8, 10, 13(2) & 13(1)(d) of the PC Act.

It is stated that against the Order dated 05.09.2024 the Petitioner filed SLP (C) No.14034/2024 which was dismissed by the Apex Court vide Order dated 18.10.2024.

Pursuant to the said dismissal, the Petitioner has filed the present application.

The Petitioner is raising the very same contention which were considered by the Court at the time of hearing of the Petition on 05.09.2024. 5.
The present application, which is nothing but a review petition in the garb of modification. The Petitioner is trying to re-argue the case and raised the same point once again. The review petition is not maintainable under Section 405 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 6.
