% 12.02.2018 The prayer made in the petition has been perused. The prayer is that the petitioner be released on furlough in terms of the order dated 02.11.2017 passed by the respondent and not to insist on the surrender of co-convict who is on furlough/parole. The nominal roll of the petitioner has been requisitioned. This reflects the various furlough and various parole periods which had been granted to the benefit of the petitioner. The last parole which had been given in favour of the petitioner was between 20.11.2017 to 18.12.2017. The last furlough availed of by the petitioner was between 04.8.2017 to 18.8.2017. His further nominal roll states that the order dated 02.11.2017 issued by the DG (Prison) can be availed
of at any time by the petitioner. Petitioner be admitted to furlough in terms of the order dated 02.11.2017 without insisting upon the surrender of the co-convict, if he is out on furlough/parole. Petition disposed of.
Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. A copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendant concerned intimation to the petitioner.
