The above petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C have been filed on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the summoning Order dated 29.05.2019 (In CRL.M.C.4714/2024 & CRL.M.C.4715/2024) and dated 23.04.2019 (In CRL.M.C.4722/2024 & CRL.M.C.4723/2024). 2.

The present petitions have been filed on 25.05.2024 to challenge the Order of 2019.

The petitions are hereby dismissed on the ground of delay and latches aside from observing that there was an alternate remedy to appear before the Sessions Court in Revisional jurisdiction.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
