% 02.05.2017 The second petitioner Neha is present in person and assisted by Mr. Ashish Goswami, Advocate. She states that she has left the society of the first petitioner and does not want to live with him any further and that she has since shifted residence to the house of her father. In this view, the counsel for the petitioners, now representing only first petitioner Vijay submits, he does not press for any further directions as he would seek appropriate remedy against the second petitioner under matrimonial law before the appropriate forum. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. R.K.GAUBA, J.
