Mr. Sanjay Ghose, learned senior counsel for the applicant very fairly submits that since the trial is likely to get concluded in next four months, he is not pressing the present application. 2.

He seeks liberty to approach this Court again if the trial is not concluded in the next four months. He submits that the applicant is in incarceration from the last five years. 3.

In view of the above, the present applicant is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court again in case the trial is not concluded in the next six months. 4.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the recording of evidence of the remaining witnesses. 5.

It is stated that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court on 13.03.2024 for recording of evidence of the remaining witnesses.
