Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the competent Court once again after the witnesses are examined.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 3.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2020 and only three out of 12 witnesses have been examined till now, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from today.
