The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 01.06.2023 passed by the learned Family Court Mt. Case No. 86/22 vide which the petitioner was directed to pay interim maintenance in the sum of ₹15,000/- per month to the respondent.

It is pointed out that the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court for final arguments.

The record reveals that the Notice in the present petition was issued way back on 04.09.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner could not be heard for some reason or the other. 4.

From last one year, the matter is being adjourned at request of the petitioner.

Once the matter has reached the fag end and the learned Family Court is now considering the final arguments, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the petition challenging the order of interim maintenance.

petitioner to take all arguments before the learned Family Court. 7.

It is clarified that this Court has not commented on the merits of the case in any manner and the final order shall be passed by the learned Family Court without being influenced by the disposal of the present petition.
