The Petition under Section 482 Cr.PC, has been filed for quashing of the FIR bearing No.515/2019 under Sections 323/354/379/506/509/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Dwarka South.

The complaint has been filed by the respondent No. 2 and she levelled allegations of beating, molestation, criminal intimidation and hurling abuses against the alleged persons viz. (1) Vaihav Bajaj s/o Praveen Bajaj (2) Shashank Bajaj s/o Praveen Bajaj.

Apartment, Plot No.14, Sec.10, Dwarka, New Delhi-1100753. The incident occurred on 10.11.2019 while all the persons were attending the meeting of the housing society.

Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 515/2019 dated 11.11.2019 U/s 323/354/379/506/509/34 IPC, has been registered against the alleged persons.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondents No.2 and 3 have already sorted out their all differences before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi and Rs.10,000/- as compensation has been paid to the complainant by the petitioners. The parties have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled among all the parties to the dispute. The petitioners have filed the present Petition. She has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties at the Mediation Centre, Dwarka.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 515/2019 for offences punishable under Sections 323/354/379/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua all the accused persons.

The Petition stands disposed of.
