The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of summons dated 23.12.2021 and the proceedings in Complaint Case No. 2097/2019 for the offence under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, 1881, pending before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition without prejudice to his rights to challenge the Order dated 23.12.2021 before the learned Sessions Court. 3.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
