Court notice was issued to parties in terms of order dated 21st September, 2022. The notice issued through ordinary mode to Plaintiff, as well as Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 was returned as unserved as no such company exists. Court notice on counsel for Plaintiff also returned unserved as no such person was found at the given address. 2.

Since then, the matter has been listed on 17th January, 2023, 11th May, 2023, 4th October, 2023 and 1st November, 2023, however, there has not been any appearance on behalf of either parties. Even today, despite multiple calls, there has been no appearance. Therefore, it is evident that the parties are not interested in continuing with the present suit. 3.
