Learned ASC accepts notice for respondent no. 1/State. Respondent No.2 /Lalit Prakash and Respondent No.3 /Vijay Singh are present in Court and accept notice.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and petitioners have been identified by the Investigating Officer/SI Punit Kumar of police station Alipur. Respondents submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners with the intervention of the family members on their own free will, without any force or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have no objection if FIR in question is quashed against the petitioner no. 1 and his two sons, that is, petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Heard. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as discussed above and in the interest of justice, FIR No. 0343/2019 under Sections

323/452/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Alipur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
