CRL.M.C. 4816/2024 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of Amarjeet Kumar @ Sujeet Kumar for quashing of FIR No. 963/2021 under Section 307 IPC registered at P.S.: Mundka, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom.

CRL.M.C. 4761/2024 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred on behalf of Anurag @ Bhola and Shailendra Singh @ Shailender Singh, who are respondents in CRL.M.C. 4816/2024, for quashing of cross-FIR No. 964/2021 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Mundka, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsels for the respective petitioners, after making some submissions, seek to withdraw the petitions, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners.
