The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying for modification of the order dated 07.02.2018. By the order dated 07.02.2018, this Court had directed that the petitioner's claim no.1 for the period from 15.06.2015 to 30.06.2018 be also considered by the Arbitral Tribunal. 2.

The petitioner/applicant requests that the aforesaid order be modified to indicate that the Arbitral Tribunal may consider the claims of the appellant for "the 3rd EoT (Extension of Time) from 15.06.2015 upto 22.01.2019 in terms of the letter of extension dated 08.12.2017" instead of 15.06.2015 upto 30.06.2018.

The respondent does not object to the said prayer being granted. Accordingly, it is directed that instead of the claim for the period 15.06.2015 to 30.06.2018 as indicated in the order dated 07.02.2018, the Arbitral

Tribunal shall consider "the claims of the Claimant for the 3rd EoT (Extension of Time) from 15.06.2015 upto 22.01.2019 in terms of the Letter of Extension dated 08.12.2017".
