% 07.08.2024 Mr.Mohit Mathur, learned senior counsel for the respondent submits that the learned counsel for the petitioners has already appeared through VC before the learned trial court and learned the trial court has stayed the execution of the NBWs.

I consider that since the petitioner has already appeared through counsel before the learned trial court, the present petition has become infructuous. The petitioner may move an appropriate application for recall of the NBWs before the learned trial court. Learned trial court shall consider the same in accordance with the law.

The petition stands disposed of.
