By way of the present application, the applicant/respondent seeks appointment/substitution of a neutral and independent Arbitrator in FAO No. 345/2019 in terms of order dated 17.11.2025 to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

Vide order dated 17.11.2025, this Court had appointed a sole Arbitrator and directed that the Arbitration proceedings shall continue. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Arbitrator appointed by this Court is not traceable despite efforts made by the applicant. It is submitted that no communication has been received from the learned Arbitrator and, therefore, the Arbitration proceedings cannot proceed.

Gehelot, Advocate (Mob no. 9910004838) is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, in substitution of the earlier appointed Arbitrator. The order dated 17.11.2025 is otherwise maintained.

The parties shall approach the learned Arbitrator within two weeks from today.

The application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
