% 10.04.2026 CM APPL. 23413/2026 (joint application for disposal of the petition in terms of settlement between the parties before Mediation) 1.
By way of present joint application filed on behalf of the parties, accompanied by affidavits of both parties, the Court is informed that the parties have reached an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 10.03.2026 arrived at before Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi. 2.
In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the first party/respondent no.1 have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the second party/appellant towards full and final settlement with respect to all the claims arising out of the employment of the appellant.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that a cheque of Rs.1,00,000/- is handed over to the appellant and assures its encashment on presentation. A copy of the said cheque has also been handed over and is taken on record.

The appellant, who is present in person, submits that he has received the cheque and also affirms the factum of settlement. He has also handed over a self-attested copy of the gate pass, which is taken on record. The Settlement Agreement is also taken on record, and the parties shall remain bound by its terms.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of. W.P.(C) 11702/2023 1.
In view of the orders passed in CM APPL. 23413/2026, the present petition is disposed of.
