In view of the decision conveyed to the petitioner, ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant contempt petition is not pressed any further. Taking into account the totality of fact and circumstances, the contempt proceedings are dropped.

Liberty is of course reserved to the petitioner to assail the decision of the respondent in accordance with law, as may be available.
