This application has been filed seeking Regular Bail in S.C. No. 88/2018 [FIR No. 834/2017 registered at Police Station: Narela, under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act].

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been in custody for more than 6 years. He prays that a direction be issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. 3.

I am informed that 13 out of 28 witnesses have already been examined before the learned Trial Court. The remaining witnesses are formal in nature.

Keeping in view the above, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial of the case and make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from today.
