On account of certain developments, learned counsel for the decreeholder seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition. 2.
Mr. Lalit Gupta, learned counsel for the judgment debtor, however, contends that certain Land & Development Office dues are to be paid by both the parties.

Be that as it may, since the decree-holder seeks to withdraw the instant petition, as such, this Court grants liberty to the judgment debtor to take the appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if, according to them, there is any grievance remaining against the decree-holder. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains in the instant petition. The same stands disposed of as being withdrawn, along with pending applications.
