The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking the following relief:- A). Allow the present petition and set-aside the order dated 18.05.2024 passed by the Ld. SPL JUDGE in ECIR/19/DZCR/2019 whereby the Respondent has been granted permission to travel. CC No.34/2019.

The impugned order dated 18.05.2024 has been modified vide order of even date passed in CRL.M.C. 4766/2024, to which the petitioner/ED does not have any objection.

In view of the above, no further order is separately warranted in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
