% 07.01.2016 Ld. counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Pitampura which falls under the jurisdiction of District North-West, Delhi and suit is valued at Rs.20 Lacs hence seeks transfer of present case to District North-West, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North West), Rohini, Delhi. Plaintiff is directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North West), Rohini, Delhi on 18.02.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
