Set aside the impugned order dated 24.05.2024 passed by Hon'ble Court of Ms. Anu Aggarwal, Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, (Roster Judge) Distt. South-East, Saket Distt. Court, New Delhi, in Bail Application No. Bail Application No. 1306/2024. AND

2. Pass necessary order/direction thereby directing to arrest Respondent 1 in FIR No. 241/2024 PS Govindpuri and to send him to custody. AND

3. Pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.
