BAIL APPLN. 417/2018 By this application the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 229/1992 registered at Mangol Puri for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/302/307/436/395 IPC.

The petitioner was taken into custody by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 12th January, 2018 and on his urgent bail application filed before the officiating District & Sessions Judge, North-West he was admitted to bail till 16th January, 2018. However, the petitioner did not surrender on 16th January, 2018 and the application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. was dismissed as withdrawn.
