% 12.06.2024 Matter is taken up through physical hearing as well as video conferencing.

File has been placed before me in compliance of orders dated 05.06.2024 of Hon'ble Court vide which Order dated 21.05.2024 of Court of Ld. Special Judge (PC Act) in CT Case no. 14/2020 has been modified regarding conditions of abroad travel to United Kingdom of the petitioner. Petitioner Mr. Dev Inder Bhalla has been granted permission to travel to United Kingdom by the Hon'ble Court, subject to conditions contained in order dated 05.06.2024.

In compliance of order dated 05.06.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court, petitioner has filed an affidavit-cum-undertaking whereby he has undertaken that he shall abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in abovesaid order CRL.M.C. 4817/2024 Page 1 of 3 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

and contained in the affidavit. He has undertaken that he shall return to India on or before 13.07.2024. He has mentioned the complete itinerary alongwith the details of stay address and contact number during his visit to the United Kingdom in compliance of the Court order. He has also undertaken that he will share his location with the I.O. once in a week. Petitioner has also undertaken that he shall not tamper with any evidence, including deleting any emails/messages/call logs, attempt to influence any witnesses during his travel period.

Petitioner has deposited copy of title deeds of the immovable property bearing house no. 196, Coelho Vaddo, Britona, Pehnha de France, Bardez, Goa - 403101 situated at Vollo Vaddo bearing survey no. 5/5 respectively of Village Penha De France, Bardez, Goa in joint name of his sister Ms. Sunita Saxena and her husband Sh. Pradeep Saxena. (original title deed is filed in CRL.M.C. 4766/2024) Today, learned counsel for petitioner has handed over the original title deeds of the abovesaid property. The abovesaid owners of the abovesaid property have filed affidavits and undertaken that they shall not transfer, alienate or create any third-party rights in the above mentioned movable and immovable properties till the return of the petitioner to India. Registry is directed to keep the same in safe custody till further orders. The original affidavit of Sh. Pradeep Saxena has been filed on record and scanned copy of affidavit of Smt. Sunita Pradeep Saxena has been filed. Ld. Counsel for petitioner is directed to file original affidavit of Smt. Sunita Pradeep Saxena also on record in due course.

Petitioner has also furnished an FDR no. 22184016 dated 11.06.2024 for a sum of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) in the name of petitioner drawn on ICICI Bank. The original FDR is handed over across the board. The same is taken on record. The concerned dealing clerk shall keep the same in safe custody.

For verification of FDR, concerned official of Bank is directed to join Online Proceedings before this Court on 14.06.2024. Ld. Counsel for petitioner is directed to provide details of the same alongwith copy of this Order to the concerned official of ICICI Bank for joining the Online proceedings.

The petitioner shall furnish a copy of the air tickets within 24 hours from the date he purchases the same. The petitioner is present in Court. He has been duly identified by his counsel. Petitioner affirms that he has signed the undertaking filed before this Court, the details of travel and contact furnished in the Court are true and correct and has also undertaken to be bound by the terms of undertaking and to abide by all the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court for his travel abroad by order dated 05.06.2024. Learned counsel for respondent has appeared online and submitted that he has no objection if the petitioner is permitted to travel in terms of the conditions as per Order dated 05.06.2024 if conditions are duly complied with by the petitioner. At request, copy of all the abovestated documents be supplied to Ld.

Counsel for Respondent within 24 hours by way of e-mail. Petitioner has undertaken that he shall intimate the Court within 48 hours of his return to India and also file a self-attested copy of his passport along with copy of his Visa in the Court on his return to India. Petitioner has also undertaken that he shall not extend his date of travel and he shall return to India on or before 13.07.2024. IO is directed to verify the FDR as per rules. Petitioner is directed to supply complete set of FDR to the IO for verification. Copy of order be given dasti under the signature of the Reader.
