After some arguments, counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the said petition.

Therefore, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Trial Court for the purposes of surrender, pursuant to the proclamation under Section 82 Cr.PC declaring him as an absconder issued in 2019, and seek bail if so required.

Counsel for petitioner has also pointed out to order dated 22nd March, 2024 where liberty was granted to the petitioners (Neeraj Sharma and his brother Dheeraj Sharma) to urge grounds at the time of consideration of the charge.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
