% 24.04.2025 CRL.M.A. 12328/2025 TO WITHDRAW THE PETITION Mr. Nimish Chib, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that FIR bearing no. 122/2018 and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom registered at P.S.Shakarpur have since been quashed by this Court and in view of the same, petitioners do not want to pursue the present petition and seek permission to withdraw the same. The statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record.

The application is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The date earlier fixed stands cancelled.
