After some hearing learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem agreeable to a disposal of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks from today. Inasmuch as the petitioner's representation has been pending with the respondents since 2019, this time limit shall be strictly adhered to. The decision as and when taken shall be communicated forthwith to the petitioner.

If the petitioner continues to remain aggrieved, he shall have his remedies in law thereagaisnt.
