The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the eviction petition filed by the petitioner be expeditiously decided by the concerned Adjudicating Authority, i.e. the District Magistrate, West District, Delhi. The eviction petition was filed by the petitioner (being a senior citizen) on 22.04.2025 under Rule 22(3)(1) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 for the eviction of respondent no.s 2 and 3 from the property bearing No. TC CAMP 303-304, Gali No. 9, Pandav Nagar, New Delhi on the alleged ground of harassment and physical abuse by the said respondents.
